As the title states, when I try to install QT, it gets to the 0% bar, idles for 5 seconds and then everything closes out. I looked at another forum where its talked about temporarily setting path to nothing, but when I tried the code in CMD, nothing works or it says the line is not recongized as a command.

I need more help with this for classes, my professor has no idea and refuses to take out class time to trouble shoot any issues with any of the other students. Thanks and I will be replying back as I get advice

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

Which version of the installer are you using ?
      On which OS ?
Did you check that the file has proper execution permission ?

@SGaist I believe im currently trying to run the 64 bit 4.10.0 version of the installer, as seen on the file when i download it. Im trying to use it on my windows 11 dell laptop and it does have all the permissions available, i even checked to make sure my firewall was disabled when I tried it this morning and have yet to get it to work still

Did you try to change the mirror used ?

No, and I wouldn't even know how to begin to do that. It seems as though I have to download something and then run some code in Command Prompt?

See this Wiki page. There's nothing more to install but yes, starting from the command line is easier.
