Qt Assistant - annoying popup every time I select topic from Index

Since starting work with Qt 6, I have consistently experienced an annoyance with Qt Assistant. Every time I double click on a topic in the Index, it pops up a dialog box that gives me two identical options. For example, if I select TreeView, a popup appears where I have to choose which TreeView topic I want:

Both items seem to take me to the exactly the same information.

If I hover on each item, the URL shown is the same:

In the Qt 5 Assistant, I only got the pop up if there was a genuine ambiguity. Now, it is every time and it is driving me up the wall. Please, does anyone have any idea what is causing this?

This looks like a genuine bug. I took the liberty to file https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-137563 for this.
