I took the time and reported this issue at Google https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/417622862

Notice that there is a +1 button, which might bring some attention about the issue.

At QTCREATORBUG-32937 - Native debugging on Android 15 lands in disassember I've added a bandaid, but it's not the fix.

In this case Google's help is needed, they know why their platform behaves like does...
