Hi, I am trying to download Android -SDK using Qt creator (version 16.01)
But getting stuck , with error message
Checking pending licenses...
The installation of Android SDK packages may fail if the respective licenses are not accepted.
But , I have valid Qt license.
Please provide some solution to resolve this issue.

I don't think it is about your Qt license. It is about Android SDK license. It looks like QtCreator can't download SDK license.
