Qt Design Studio read user files at first launch?

I installed Qt on my windows laptop yesterday and I opened the Design Studio the first time after install, before I decided to allow or deny providing usage data. The OneDrive pops up notification about downloading these files for Qt Design Studio.
Anyone knows how this happens? And why Qt Design Studio read these files?

I confirm that even a debug build behaves like that. I will try to debug it with a debug Qt build tomorrow. Right now, it looks like it is trying to get the icons of some files, but I wonder why not from all files.
