Can not download Qt Design Studio, missing link and option

I'm trying to download the Qt Design Studio with the community installer , here what I get in the list:
there's no such item there.
This is done with
qt-online-installer-windows-x64-4.8.1.exe.
I tried with theMaintenanceTool.exewith my previous Qt 6.7 installation , add/remove component , here's what I get:

maintenancetool.exeif I selectUpdate Componentsit said:

https://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/root/qt/Updates.xml.mirrorlistafter browsing here and there , I must put the mirror without full path to xml. Instead only url before the
/onlinepart.qt-online-installer-windows-x64-4.8.1.exe --mirror https://qt-mirror.dannhauer.de/and voila!

No immediate help, unfortunately - but let's start navigating towards a solution.
It looks like components are not visible at all to you (e.g. Qt Insight & Marketplace only in the installer).
What country are you trying to download packages from? -
