Installation error

I am facing the installation issue as i try to install the Qt in my computer
Network error while downloading 'https://mirrors.cloud.tencent.com/qt/online/qtsdkrepository/all_os/unified_patching/2023-11-21-1039_meta.7z': Error transferring https://mirrors.cloud.tencent.com/qt/online/qtsdkrepository/all_os/unified_patching/2023-11-21-1039_meta.7z - server replied: Forbidden.
You can select a different mirror for opensource metadata and downloads. The mirror can be set from terminal using option --mirror. Available mirrors can be found from:
https://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/root/qt/Updates.xml.mirrorlist
Do not use the full path but use the path before '/online' (no forward slash at the end).How to correct it.

You already posted the solution by yourself:
