I want to use Qt for developing mobile application which is totally opensource and GPL compatible. I don't understand Qt licensing very well. My questions is "Are all of the Qt tool sets and libraries available for me if I want to use it for totally opensource application development?". I mean are there anything like tools or libraries that are available with only commercial license? I'm new to Qt and I want to know which tools are available for free and which tools are paid?
Thanks. -

The documentation page either claims it to be LGPL, GPL or Commercial use only.
Also AFAIK when using the Online Installer with your non-commercial community account, you only get to see modules and features that are available for you. -
