You can directly jump to the download through the email link, but you cannot choose the QT version to download. I want to specify the QT5.15 version. How do I get and use

You can install different Qt versions from the installer/maintenance tool:
Are you not able to see Qt 5.15 on there?
Is there a particular reason you are not using Qt 6 and its new features? :)
