MenuBar in Release 12.0.2 not responding to mouse click

The menus (File, Edit, View, Window, Help) don't respond to a mouse click or shortcut key on the Open Source edition. If I press the Windows key (Microsoft Windows 11 Pro) the menus subsequently respond to a mouse click. The menus didn't work on an earlier release, or as far as I can remember the evaluation version. I don't mind too much, Qt is now my preferred development environment for WebAssembly and I can wait for Qt to implement WebAssembly 1.0 well on all major browsers before buying a license. I prefer using Object Orientation plus Qt's more effective and efficient design and programming compared with HTML, JavaScript, Angular and ASP.NET Core frameworks and widgets. Is this the right way to report a bug or issue? It would be helpful to have (Design Studio) Minimize, Maximize and Exit icons also. I don't know if I missed them, I didn't see them in the tutorials.
