When the commercial license is removed, those account user cannot be activated in the oss online installer .
the online installer show with the following error message and the installation did not proceed.

I think there is an activation problem because the error message appears even on a new PC(this pc don't install the Qt library).
Has anyone improve in the same situation?

And Do you think this issue should be registered as a QT bug report?

The following is what I have tried for Windows10.
      (refer : https://forum.qt.io/topic/111756/maintenance-tool-mandatory-account-and-no-valid-license/3)

      Delete File:

      %APPDATA%\Qt
      qtlicenses.ini
      qtaccount.ini

I deleted it including the Qt directory, but the problem was not resolved :(

      Checking other dir:

      %USERPROFILE%.qt-license

      Those directory didn't exist.
