How to install Treeview for Qt Design Studio 4.0.0 and Qt 5.15

I want to use treeview in my project which is not found in QT5.15 package so i download it from here at marketplace. Now can any tell me how to install it in windows for QtDesignStudio 4.0.0

I've tried some options that is given in official site but I think i have made some mistake in selecting proper path of respective directory. I didnt understand which path to add in command.

some of the path of my qt installtion:

1. 5.15 mingw installtion path
   C:\Qt\5.15.2\mingw81_64
2. Qt Design Studio - qt5 installtion path
   C:\Qt\Tools\QtDesignStudio\qt5_design_studio_reduced_version
3. Qt Treeview download extracted folder path
   C:\Users\heetp\Downloads\qttreeview-src-5.15
   Please show me how to do that.
