Help needed for converting GTK2/Python2 application to Qt/Python3

I have a machine control application that was originally designed with Python2 and GTK2. These platforms are obsolete and unsupported by any Linux Distro and I can no longer get it running on a new Linux install. I have created a new Qt UI in Designer that is functionally about the same as the GTK UI but that is about the limits of what I can do. The original programmer is a friend of mine but has no time to rework the application.
I'm hoping to find someone who is willing and able to rework the Python code to suit the new UI. There are hardware API's that must be interfaced but these I am familiar so I would be communicating with the individual frequently to get on track.
I'm not part of a large company, I'm a small business owner so payment would have to be determined in a transparent manner. More details to anyone interested.
