Qt for small business license

Long time Qt user. Interested in buying a 'Qt for small business' license. I asked some questions via the sales enquiry form before I commit. That was on the 23rd August. No reply. So I emailed my questions to the Qt sales email direct on the 26th August. No reply in over a week. Is this normal? When someone wants to give me money for my software I reply within a few hours at most!

Twice, from 2 different sources (form and email)?

I have checked there is no response in my spam folder.

Ps/ Business tip. Don't wait over a week to reply when someone wants to give you money!

Good news about this is that Qt has a nice balance in its bank account and these guys can make Qt better more quickly.
