How can I change my personal email of qt account

Hello,
I was unable to get access to my this email account because I had logged in on last computer. Thanks God. I finally found my email and password. I don't have access to email right now.
Can I change my email of QT forum account?
I have been using another account for posting in this forum since some months LOL.
There is no option for changing email for the account.

AFAIR, you have to go to your Qt Account and open a ticket there to change your email.
