- Are there known incompatibilities of Qt 5.12.10 with Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64 development host as minimum Ubuntu version listed as supported for 5.12.10 is 16.04 (https://doc.qt.io/qt-5.12/linux.html) ? Please consider installation of Qt libraries without IDE as a minimum set.
- Qt 5.12.10 Offline installer is not listed at https://www.qt.io/offline-installers but file is available at https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.12/5.12.10/ qt-opensource-linux-x64-5.12.10.run 09-Nov-2020 08:07 1.3G. Will this offline installer run on Ubuntu 14.04 or 16.04|18.04 are required to run it?
- Is there a pre-built Qt Installation Framework which could run on Ubuntu 16.04 or 18.04 (GCC 5.x) which would create installation package for installing Qt 5.12.10 on Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64 development host ?
Please clarify compatibility requirements for Qt Installer Framework https://doc.qt.io/qtinstallerframework/ifw-getting-started.html indicating Supported Platforms : <tested> Ubuntu Linux 16.04, and later. Is there any known incompatibilities of installer created with Qt Installer Framework and x86_64 Ubuntu 14.04 or it is just has not been tested? Can it build offline installer for 5.12.10 and Ubuntu 14.04? I only see version Qt 5.12.7 mentioned.
Please clarify Supported Compilers section as it indicates only Windows OS. Can Qt Installer Framework can be compiled with x86_64 Linux GCC 4.7 or 5.3?
If the goal is to produce offline installer of Qt 5.12.10 on Ubuntu 14.04, is there any advantage of hosting Qt environment for building Qt Installer Framework on 18.04 vs 16.04?

Hi,
This is a community driven forum. From the looks of these questions you should rather contact the Qt Company directly.
In any case, you will have to rebuild Qt yourself as the pre-built binaries won't run on such a old system.
