L2Cap payload size 23 is smaller that the specified size 30 - Qtconnectivity bluetooth error (qt.bluetooth,bluez)

Hello,
I am working with qt in linux sumo, to connect and pair with android mobile using bluetooth('bluez' library is used).
Pairing between the embedded device and android phone fails with 'L2Cap payload size is smaller than the specified size'.

What might be the cause of this error ? Any help on debugging this would be of great help.
