QMenuBar does not show action checkbox

Hey

I've added an action dirrectly to my MenuBar that is checkble. The check is not visible, only when I "Squeeze" menu so the action end up in extension >> then in drop menu the check box is visible.

How can I fix this issue?

On which OS ?
Can you provide a minimal compilable exemple that shows this behaviour ?

Win10x64 qt5&6.

Sure I can drop python all in one ? Or u need c++ ?

If this is reproducible with C++, then C++ since the Python bindings are built on top of it.
