    Hello. According to my score report form, retake information is found at www.qt.io/qt-certification (including a 50% discount on the retake), but no such information is available at that page. Does anyone know where to find this information? (I am able to sign up at Pearson, but they treat my second test as a test and not as a retake.)

        SGaist, thank you for your reply. I emailed Pearson and they sent me a voucher for the discount that expires in about 5 months. Hopefully, the results sheet given after the exam will be updated.

            I tried the chatbot and got the response that there is not 50% policy for The Qt Company. I also tried contacting Qt support, but they have multiple issues with Pearson. Thanks for the email tip, I'll try that.

              When contacting per email
              Pearson VUE EMEA Customer Service PVEMEACUSTOMERSERVICE@PEARSON.COM
              they will send you the voucher, but be sure to state clearly for which country it will be used, otherwise you get an error that the voucher is not valid in your country. After contacting them again I received the correct voucher which also worked fine. 50% off the full price.
