Cannot install qt

When I click download on the qt online installer nothing happens. No response at all. I've checked any anti-virus program I may have and none of them seem to be the issue.
I tried the offline installer, but when I try to extract the folder, I get an error message telling me there's a corrupted file.

It might be easier for others to understand your issue when you post the actual error messages in here.

With the online installer I get literally no messages. "Your download should start automatically. If it doesn’t, click here." And then it doesn't and I click "here" and literally nothing happens.

That sounds like an issue from your web browser.
Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Disable your extensions.
