deadLock between QT app and qnx screen process at startup

hi, we found that randomly our QT app on QNX hang on startup, screen is shown but it hang and don´t respond to touchscreen or refresh anymore.
We found also that our App process is blocked on a semaphore and screen process too, it looks as a deadlock for us (watch the captures).
Killing and launching again both process solve the problem but is not a valid workaround for us.
