Gps not working on Android Phone

How can I make the gps on Android work ? I have done it exactly like its written in Documentary but doesnt work. I add a screenshot of the Qml code, the project file and Android Manifest. When I start the app it prints "Coordinate: NaN , NaN" and when I ask for supportedPositioningMethods it returns 0. I dont know why it cant acces device's gps.

my Android version is 9
what do you mean with device type ? I have got a china phone its called Cubot X19

Yes gps is enabled on my phone
