I've too running into same issue - looks like the system configuration related: started to get this issue after uninstalling old Windows SDKs and clean-up.
Not able to reproduce on other systems with same IFW, Qt and VS versions. Not able to identify what really causes this issue on this particular system - happens if package size is bigger than 500MB - if I reduce the size - no issues. No issue if I archive using 7zip directly.
