Manipulating images with Qt creator...
-
I've been given a "4 pictures 1 word" project that has to be done in Qt. My problem is the following : How to insert pictures in a database and how to retrieve them using Qt Creator C++. I've found something here https://wiki.qt.io/How_to_Store_and_Retrieve_Image_on_SQLite but I still don't know how to solve my problem !

Hi @justCode7, welcome.
but I still don't know how to solve my problem !
Hmm, neither do I. Probably you can get some help if you describe clearly where you encounter problems and which kind they are.

Thanks @aha_1980 :) Here is my idea: To realize the project, I plan to store images in a database. In this way, I will be able to display these images in some widgets according to the word to guess. Do you know the game "4 pictures 1 word" ? It goes like this : The game shows you 4 pictures that will inspire you a word that you give. As shown on the following picture :
On the picture, the word inspired by the 4 pictures is "BALLON" that means "BALL" in French.
Do you have an idea?

Ok, I got an idea now what you want to achive.
To realize the project, I plan to store images in a database.
Yeah they had to be stored somewhere. Another idea would be to store them in the resource of your program (but then they would be static). Do you intend to change the pictures in the database when your program is running on a users machine?
And imagine, you have a place where your pictures are stored. How do you intend to continue with your development?

@justCode7 You would need to make sure, that all four pictures belong to the same word, obviously ;)
That said, where is your problem now?

I don't know how to do that (storing them).
Then you should carefully read the link you have in your first post, because that link explains it with ready made code.
