Upon starting a new desktop project, no valid kits found. I then go to add a kit or use the default kit, it is still not accepted. Please help! I have been at this for more than an hour.
Also, my Qt Versions is empty
and also I have no bin folder in my Qt folder

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

What OS are you running ?
How did you install Qt ?
Are you sure you did not install only Qt Creator ?

To clarify @jsulm: Qt Creator is separate from Qt.

              • Qt is a multi-purpose library which your applications can use.
              • Qt Creator is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) which you can use to edit, manage, build, and test your projects.

You need to install both Qt and Qt Creator. See this article for details.
