@nils90 ok I reinstalled Qt and now it works. I must have forgotten to install one plugin during the installation
I solved this by adding the following in the local.conf
PACKAGECONFIG_DISTRO_append_pn-qtbase = " accessibility" PACKAGECONFIG_append_pn-qtquickcontrols-qmlplugins = " accessibility"
under IMAGE_INSTALL_append = " ... qtquickcontrols-qmlplugins
