I call it inside the constructor of classes of my static libraries (if the class uses resources).

In my GUI application I call it in main after the application class (QApplication in this case) is created and before the main window is created.

2nd UPDATE:

Problem was by natural source. The light reflects from window into camera.
2nd problem was using file as buffer.

I solved it by using grab image from QCameraViewFinder widget and send by memory.

I tried few options as in the mentioned link.
Adding the qrc path in the application's pro file worked.

Yes they do. The files you put in a qrc file are compiled in your project. Each file is translated to a text version so currently you are building a file that weights more than 12MB.
