@JonB Hi, thanks for all the help, I finally figured it out, it did have to do with the env variable for structureanalysis, even if I ran it inside cmd there was trouble. I had to send the full path for where structureanalysis is located in my shell script. it worked

If the VS 2015 executables are in the default system PATH then this is the result I would expect from a normal CMD shell. I expect that after running vcvarsall in that CMD shell its PATH will have the VS 2017 binary directory inserted before the VS 2015 ones.

The format command takes a /y to make it run without asking. (at least on win 7)
Be carefull when testing it.!. :)

Build and install QTerminal, then you can use it like other libraries
