If you really need mipsel... I don't think it's supported anymore in Qt 5.14.2. But you can try building Qt from source and enable this arch.

Must a left over from versions before. It is not required.

Post your environment information (OS, Qt version, Qt Creator version) Are Android SDK & NDK installed and set up in Qt Creator? Have you selected the architecture in Projects->Build pane of Qt Creator? Is this a new project or some older one which you are porting to newer Qt version?

I realised that I am able to sign the application manually using apksigner but I don't get why it doesn't work with Qt Creator. Unfortunately, without being able to sign the app within Qt Creator I cannot publish it on the store as the "Add debug server" option is always enabled if the "Sign package" option is disabled. See below.

Did you already read the Connecting Android Devices chapter of Qt Creator's documentation ?

It explains what you need to do regarding cradle also. Note that the Android folks have modified the SDK content quite radically several times in several the latest releases so you have to take that into account also. You have some information about that in the linked documentation.

@prithiviraj Something like this could happen because of virtual coordinate system, http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/highdpi.html. Test with Qt::AA_EnableHighDpiScaling and Qt::AA_DisableHighDpiScaling and see what happens.

There are lots of bug reports related to this issues - I've read it will be fixed in QtCreator 3.6
