New wiki page: Qt projects with the Git repository

Hi to all
I have created some days ago and finally updated with the - probably - complete index and some initial stuff the wiki page "Managing Qt projects with the Git repository system":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/Category:Tools::GitQtCreator
If someone has few time to spend please take a look to the index and feedback to me if you find it useful and if you think that something will be added so I'll provide in these days. I plan to complete this how-to article in next few days.
There is a section reporting some git hosting resources (free and non-free) that the developers can find on the net. A long list is unuseful but at least those sites that have some interesting feature maybe useful for all. If you know other sites to mention please update the list with a short comment or notify it to me so I will update.Many thanks to all for the cooperation.

I apologize that I have not completed these pages yet, but I had to give a higher priority to the Qt-Complex frameworks pages... I plan to complete the small guide in few days.
