Qt/QML expert open for new opportunities (Poland/remote)
-
Hi all,
This came as a surprise to me too, but I'm available for new Qt/QML opportunities starting 18 August 2026. :)
I help teams working on embedded software and/or regulated industries deliver great C++/Qt/QML software, applications and HMIs. I use AI tools without giving up engineering rigor and I can also help you adopt them.
I'm based near Warsaw, and I'm happy to work as a permanent hands-on developer, a technical lead, or a consultant/trainer on a shorter engagement.
Short background:
- I'm a Principal Software Engineer with ~15 years of commercial experience in C++, of which the last few were spent i.a. as a consultant via Qt Professional Services.
- I'm the principal author of the AUTOSAR C++14 Coding Guidelines and a reviewer of MISRA C++2023.
- I'm Qt Foundation 6.8 and Functional Safety (IEC62508, ISO26262) certified.
Qt-specific experience:
- Technical lead of a 10-person team building a medical device HMI in Qt6/QML.
- I wrote the Qt Academy course "Providing Models from C++ to QML".
- Worked on Consumer electronics HMIs, embedded and desktop applications, plus earlier Qt5 projects related to public transport and 3D interior scanner.
- Speaker at Qt meetups and AI Connect 2024 (a talk w the Qt Company), and I run internal Qt/C++ trainings.
