MaintanenceTool An internal server error occurred

Hi all,
I have a problem with MaintanenceTool launch.
The output is below:
On top of that, I get the same error when trying to access https://account.qt.io/ . That is, the browser only shows the "Internal Server Error" message.
What is going on?
