    I have an SMB subscription, it turns out my subscription didn't autorenew, when I reached out to support, he mentioned a new web shop platform was implemented and the old one doesn't work anymore so my subscription renewal doesn't work.

    That's something that at least a courtesy email to subscribers would have been nice to do, let us know when these things happen.

    Even worse, right now I'm locked out of my Qt tools because I did use the new web shop, bought a new SMB subscription (mind you for the same tools now it's 100 USD more expensive with no added value and also NO NOTIFICATIONS on price changes), just to have that new shop not add my new license to my account, so now I can't work because your piece of $hit web shop didn't work correctly, and no support channel exists for urgent matters like mine that I'm completely blocked from working because your new shop and licensing system is garbage.

    Next time please do things right, and put the same effort to your backoffice as you do with the Qt libraries.

      @raulgd
      Whom is your post aimed at? As you presumably know by now from your use of this forum, it is just made up of Qt users like yourself.....

        To moderators, Qt maintainers, whoever in the qt.io company can read this and actually care, as not even tech support replies.
        Also if someone considering buying Qt, first contact support and see if they care enough to fix the web shop.

          Thanks for reaching out, Raul. We have informed you about the updates in our Small Business subscriptions late last year. Please double check your spam folder, and you can anytime update your email preferences here:
          https://www.qt.io/email-preferences

          "Your current Small Business license won't renew; subscribe to one of the new SMB license models before it expires.
          It will run normally until the end of your current subscription term. You can check your current subscription term by logging to your Qt Account. If you are still eligible for small business licenses, subscribe to either ADE-SB or DCP-SB in our online store before your current subscription term ends."

            Thanks for letting me know @Helicopter
            I couldn't find any email, but it's good you tell me there was an email altghough it didn't reach me.
            Another thing I would have liked is getting the explanation of my path forward, I just went and paid for the $600 subscription, when it turned out that my real path forward for the old $500 subcription is the new $1000 subscription, so to really renew under the same terms I had with my old license was paying twice the price to continue having the same toolchains available.

            Now I don't even know if it's possible to fix this, or if I'm just, in fact, screwed.
