No documentation for managing files with pyside6-deploy?

pyside6-deploy looks promising because it does build a self-contained exe without

pyside6-deploy -c pyside6deploy.specmodifies the source file. How can I prevent this? - Compilation takes a very long time for me, but it is pretty hard navigating the docs to understand how to tweak what files are included:
- There are no real examples of spec files for pyside6-deploy or nuitka
- It is hard to understand the undocumented relationship between the pyside6-deploy options and nuitka options
- The two pages of pyside6-deploy documentation mention that you can use a pyproject.toml but I can't find any documentation or examples for that file's format or options.

Right, but aren't there pyside6-deploy specific sections and options that are not documented? Are there any examples out there? Or am I misunderstanding something fundamental and generic about how the pyproject.toml is used? Is this even the preferred way to do this, and if so how would I find out?

Did you ever find documentation for the pyside6 specific sections and options for the toml file? I'm also looking for that now as I'm at the point of needing to deploy my project. I use Qt Creator rather than doing things by hand using Makefiles and the like.

I did not. I assume then than no one is really using it for real projects. My next move when this becomes a higher priority again is going to be to start using AI to help with this since those models probably have good knowledge of the nuitka docs.
