how to build qmlplugindump with Qt 6.8.1

Hello,

I'm building Qt 6.8.1 from source in Ubuntu 22.04 (release, static build). However I am not able to get the qmlplugindump tool that is available in qtdeclarative module. Is this tool deprecated?
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Also, would appreciate if you can provide the configure options that need to be passed while building Qt 6.8.1 in order to make sure that this tool gets built and installed.
