Problem with boot2QT

Hello, I am new to working with Qt and am currently running into an issue.i want to compile QT example thermostat and deploy on Raspberry pi4, when i compile for desktop i dont get any compile error , but i keep on getting compile error when i build with boot2qt
would really appreciate some guide on how to resolve this.

@Fidelis-obi Did you try to build in release mode? Could be that you don't have Qt debug build.

@jsulm yes i tried to build in release mode and i still get this same error message.
