Docking Property Editor in Qt Designer itself

Which OS are you using? Are you using Qt Design Studio? Which version of Qt Creator or Qt Design Studio are you using?
Its a Linux box, Ubuntu 24.04 to be exact. I'm using Qt Designer directly, not thru Design Studio, it version 6.4.2, installed a month or two ago, so pretty "fresh"

I have confused ALL of these since... well, forever. But this is Qt Designer, not Qt Creator. Still same place?

Yes, Qt Designer is part of Qt Creator. Qt Design Studio ist a standalone tool (based on Qt Creator) that is used to design QtQuick UIs instead of widget based UIs.

Small nitpick:
Qt Designer is a standalone tool that predates Qt Crestor but its functionality has been integrated in Qt Creator so you can directly create widget based UIs within Qt Creator.
