Need a QT Creator licence to help solve an extinction level event.

Hello all (+~8 billion people),
I am a ~40yo scientist (particle physicist/computational astrophysicist), based in the United Kingdom, attempting to get a non-profit limited liability startup off the ground, who is currently unaffiliated with a formal educational institution. I have an idea that could help resolve the climate crisis that threatens all of our lives, via a form of sequestration/mitigation option, but I have no money and I am struggling to find interested parties/investors/sponsors to fund a licence for QT for further development of critical control and logic software.
I was wondering if anyone might wish to help me save the human race? You and your family, friends, every form of mammalian life, etctera.
I am absolutely serious. This is not a joke. SOS, homo sapiens.
Red Alert!
If I am locked out of QT creator, we WILL hit ~4.0c of warming, and the agricultural sector WILL COLLAPSE.
Perhaps ~10,000 people might be able to survive, but it will be an extremely unpleasant, trapped indoors, subsistence-based existence.
Please help.
Thank you for your time. Live as long as you can, and prosper.

Hello Amanda, and welcome!
I too would like to avert a climate/ecological breakdown. I've followed geosequestration experiments/pilots with interest but none seem to have achieved their goals yet, so I wish you the best in your project.
As for the Qt Creator license issue, it looks like you installed a Commercial (possibly Evaluation) version of Qt? Do you remember which link you got it from?
Anyway, please try uninstalling it, and then reinstall from https://www.qt.io/download-open-source instead. No funds are needed to use Qt under an open-source license, although non-monetary contributions to the Qt community (in the forum of bug reports, patches, community engagement etc.) are always welcome.
