QT5 Cmake errors

QT plugin Error: I am using QT in visual studio, i created a GUI and now i want to create cmake for my QT's GUI, when i done with the cmake and start executing my code in visual studio i get the following error: i do not find any expert to help me can any good expert help me here?
I get the following error:
"This project failed to start because because no QT platform plugin could be initialized Reinstalling application may fix this problem" -
