Installation of Open Source Qt for Android Development

I'm trying to re-install Qt Open Source for android development but it is not going to install, wasting my time. Please if anyone can help it will be good for me.
It is showing error:

I think there is something amiss with the forum's ability to upload pictures etc. for display? There have been several of these links, resulting in Not Found, in other people's posts this morning?
