How to widgets to fit all screens?

After previewing a form on an 15inches laptop screen the widgets seem to be stacked together as shown in the image below. But when I preview the same form on 29inches monitor connected via HDMI its look fine. I used layouts. Do I have to adjust the dimensions of the labels and lineEdits to get a better view? I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Sorry, I am failing to see the issue with image you are showing.

What exactly is the problem ?
How should it look ideally ?

@SGaist I think he refers to the cut off labels for the emergency contact data.
I think the use of layout is wrong but this guessing without code.

@SGaist I first used a vertical layout for the centralwidget and within it I used grid layout for the form.

@LT-K101 Did you really put all widgets into layouts?
Did you change anything else (like size policy)?
You can also show how your widget look in design mode, so we can see whether there is something wrong with layouts.
