Qt Download doesn't work

Hello,
I'm trying to download the Qt open source version from the Qt website but the download doesn't work either the online and offline installer.

If I copy and paste this link on my browser the download doesn't start.
download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.13/5.13.2/qt-opensource-windows-x86-5.13.2.exe

If I run the online installer the installation is blocked at this status... since 1 hour.
I already had this problem yesterday.

@addebito My biggest suggestion is to simply delete it and retry, perhaps you selected too many things in the installation steps. You do not need everything, just a few components.

Also, check that you don't have some firewall blocking anything.

@addebito This is usually caused by bad/slow mirrors. Unfortunately you cannot select the mirror directly in the installer. There is this tool: download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.13/5.13.2/qt-opensource-windows-x86-5.13.2.exe
You can use it to set the mirror you want to use, but you need Qt to build it :-)

Can you try to download offline installer on another machine?

thank you for your replies but as I mentioned before I can't download the offline installer and the online installer doesn't complete the dowload...

I had already try on different computer but.... same reseult.

But... you can download this offline installer ??

I'm trying with another computer and with the hotspot on my mobile phone... nope. Doesn't work on both computer !.

Just did: no problem.
Is it possible that your internet connection is bad?
Can you downloaded something big and not related to Qt like a Linux distribution ISO file?

Hi,

This is the 3rd day I'm trying to download QT.

The online installer says: "cannot retrieve remote tree"

And when I try to download offline installer from http://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.12/5.12.10/qt-opensource-windows-x86-5.12.10.exe

I get info that download.qt.io is not responding. Same situation on other machines.

Are You experiencing the same? Is there any mirror from where I could download QT?
