It's in UK, so it's in British Pounds. Not Dollars.

I just convert it to dollars. It's about 3696$ in month.

It is a bit unclear to me what this position entails. It says you're looking for a web developper, but why are you posting it on a Qt forum then? Is it about integrating Qt with web technologies or something like that?
I did see an interesting demo by OrangeLabs on the München Dev Days. Is that the kind of applications I should have in mind? The link in the openingpost is dead, so it is hard to gauge what you're after.
