What do you mean? You will get the 021-002 certificate, what else?
The most recent certificate lists all taken exams.

@raven-worx I mean to say, old exam 021-001 give Qt- Widget and UI Specialist, and new 021-001 give Certified Qt C++
Specialist, if I have one old exam and given new I will get c++ or for that, i need to Give new Essential available.
