Relation between Qt Developer Network and Forum Nokia

I not quite sure if it's the right place to ask about that, but...

What's the relation between ForumNokia and Qt Developer Network? It looks like they have the same goal.

Should we use Developer Network to ask Qt related questions? Qt session will be discontinued from ForumNokia? What about the pointing/ranking system?

ForumNokia is exclusively targetting development for Nokia devices. Qt however is neither tied to Nokia devices nor platforms. There certainly is some overlap but it's not the same.
