Unresolved Externals in Qt Desktop build

I have a new Windows project in Qt using VS2017/Windows. I'm getting an unresolved external __Init_thread_epoch that I can't locate. Is that a Qt thing? A Qwt thing? A Windows 10 thing? Any leads are greatly appreciated.

@MaxYaffe What Qt version did you install?
Do you use QtCreator?
Does that project already contain some code from you or was it just created?
