Hello, we can cannot use PySide2 for our application because PySide2 requires RTTI to be enabled. (I compiled scriptableapplication with /GR- and it emits compile warnings and causes a crash.) Is there a plan to remove this restriction at some point in the future? (Qt does not require RTTI.)
    Many thanks.

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

That's a question better asked on the PySide mailing list. You'll find there PySide's developers/maintainers. This forum is more user oriented.

I don't know if you opened this bug: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/PYSIDE-819
but there is already a patch being reviewed related to a RTTI issue and WebEngine in PySide2, maybe we can continue the discussion there or maybe you can certainly open a new report
