How to change my header picture?

After I search my setting options, I could not find one that could be used to change my header picture. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Do you mean here in the forum?

Above "Settings" entry there is "Edit profile", you use this one.

@koahnig Yes ,there a button which could change the header picture, however, there are only two options: Gravatar and Default icon. I can not find a option that can be used to choose picture from local disk.
