Qt installation problem on Windows Vista Ultimate

I have a problem to install "qt-unified-windows-x86-2.0.2-2-online" that I downloaded, which is about 16 Mb; I have 32bit Windows Vista Ultimate, but when I tried to double click on the software it doesn't install and nothing happened, I could not even see the installation window that was supposed to appear, can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? thank you.

Do you have the same happening if you download the offline installer ?
