QObject serialization/deserialization library

Hi all!

I've created a simple library for serialization and deserialization of QObject properties into/from XML DOM. For now it's not production ready and not even packaged as a real library, however it works pretty not bad and can be usefull for someone. Any kind of contrubution and discussion is welcome.
